Almost Done

Classes ended on Tuesday and I have officially handed in my final essay for my English degree. Now all I need to do is tackle my final exams and I will officially have my first degree! I am left torn between feeling excited for what is to come and feeling reminiscent of the past four years. I'd like to say it will be tough to say goodbye but ... I'm a tad more excited for the next few years! I will leave longing for the years during my undergrad for when I've become an avid work-a-holic.

On a separate note, I was on my way home to study for my exam - that happens to be tomorrow - and I was chased by a skunk. I had no idea skunks felt so passionately about my front porch until today. I must make a note to show them how passionate I feel about them creating a home under my deck - or maybe I will just leave a stick of deodorant outside and we may all live harmoniously together! They are rather cute - when they're not chasing me through the side of my house.

Maybe I should take this as a sign that I have studied enough for one day.
